This User Agreement regulates the use of the online platform at the address https://buyesia.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") between https://buyesia.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor") and any individual or legal entity that uses the Site to search, view, and/or post advertisements (hereinafter referred to as the "User").

By registering on the Site or using the Site to search/view advertisements, the User accepts this User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "UA") and agrees to the rights and obligations specified in it regarding the use of the Site.

Placing advertisements on the Site for non-commercial activities is free unless explicitly stated otherwise on the Site and/or in the UA or Offer. In the absence of specific indication on the Site and/or in the UA or Offer, the opposite is also true: a free advertisement submitted by the User explicitly indicates that it is not related to or intended for commercial activities by the User. Users are obliged to use the Site's capabilities in good faith and not allow the placement of advertisements that do not correspond to the real goals of the Users.

Terms used in this UA:

• Internet resource: A set of integrated software and hardware, along with information intended for publication on the internet, displayed in various textual, graphic, or audio forms. The resource is available to users via a domain name (Uniform Resource Locator) or an email address that provides access to the information and software/hardware complex or through the corresponding web or mobile application.

• Website: An internet resource that allows the User to post, search, and view advertisements. All rights to the Site belong to the Contractor.

• User's personal account: The interface for managing User advertisements, payments, and other actions related to the Site's information materials. Login is done using the User's registration data.

• Registration data: The User's identification data for access to their personal account. This includes: Login (the User's email), password, security question and answer (for password recovery). Users can also log in through various social networks.

• Advertisement: A message placed by the User on the Site containing an offer of products (including contact information, images, and related details), directed at an indefinite number of people.

• Product: Any product, service, job offer, or other offer for which the User places an advertisement on the Site.
